Erin Buckley Bradley, an honors graduate of Notre Dame University and George Washington
University Law School, practiced law with Russ Frye in the environmental department at the
international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP in Washington, D.C. for seven years, where her
practice involved participation in and judicial review of EPA rulemaking, as well as working
with multinational lenders and development banks. She currently is in solo practice in
Philadelphia area, where she also is the part-time law clerk for a state trial court judge.

Michael O. Hill has been involved in environmental law from a variety of perspectives,
including environmental rulemaking and counseling and environmental and toxic tort litigation
while at Covington & Burling and as a partner at Collier Shannon Scott; Superfund and other
litigation as an attorney at the Department of Justice; and contaminated site cleanup and
environmental insurance at consulting firm TRC and insurance broker Marsh.  He currently is the
principal in The Michael Hill Group, providing insurance brokerage services, structuring cleanup
agreements, and providing legal counseling in connection with site cleanups, mergers and
acquisitions, and other environmental matters.  He holds an A.B. degree from Williams College
and a law degree from Yale University.

William L. Miller has extensive experience working with both state and federal regulatory
agencies and litigating in federal courts in the areas of environmental law, energy law, and
food safety.  He has represented clients in New Source Review and other enforcement actions,
as well as in disputes over allocation of environmental contamination liability at industrial
facilities.  After practicing law with Russ Frye for several years at Collier Shannon Scott, he
recently formed his own law firm.  Mr. Miller graduated from Williams College in 1982 and
obtained a J.D. degree from Northeastern University in 1990.  Prior to attending law school,
Mr. Miller was on the staffs of Senator Ted Kennedy and Representative Ed Markey.

Jill A. Weller is a partner in Cincinnati-based Keating, Muething & Klekamp, where she devotes
her practice to environmental law.  Jill worked in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. for four years before moving to
Cincinnati, where she practiced law with Russ Frye for several years.  Much of her practice has
involved remediation of contaminated properties and due diligence and contract negotiation in
acquisitions and divestitures.  She has an A.B. degree from Georgetown University and a J.D.
from Catholic University.
